From movement to mindfulness, we’ve carefully curated a schedule to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired. Whether you’re soaking in the sounds of a guided sound bath, flowing through yoga at sunrise, or enjoying a nourishing meal under the stars, every moment is designed to help you reset and recharge.

  • Sunrise Yoga: Amidst the nature, this class is designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed and centred for the day ahead.
  • Powerful Breathwork: Unlock the power of your breath in this transformative session. Led by an expert instructor, you'll dive into deep breathing techniques that help reduce stress, increase energy, and promote mental clarity.
  • Massage & Skincare Workshops: Learn hands-on techniques to promote relaxation and self-care. 1-to-1 private massages are also available to book.
  • Sound Bath Session: This deeply relaxing experience helps to release tension, restore balance, and promote emotional healing, allowing you to fully unwind and connect with your inner peace.
  • Fire Pits & Relaxation: Spend time in the great outdoors & enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire under the stars.
  • Nourishing Meals: Indulge in seasonal vegan dishes crafted with love by Terra Trattoria.
  • Beautiful Bell Tents: Unwind in cosy accommodations provided by The Canvas Tribe, ensuring a restful night's sleep amidst nature.
  • Stunning Natural Surroundings: Reconnect with nature through guided walks and moments of stillness in our tranquil countryside haven.

Stay The Night

Every ticket includes a one-night stay in one of The Canvas Tribe’s gorgeous bell tents, so you can fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience. Choose from a single or double tent, perfect for sharing with a friend - new or old! Plus, we’ll have a dedicated Chill-Out Tent, the perfect space to unwind and recharge throughout the weekend.

Tickets for the full retreat are available below. You can choose between a single occupancy ticket for a private bell tent or a shared tent option, where you'll share a bell tent with one other attendee - bring a friend or make a new one!

You can also book a private massage below. Simply select your preferred date and time. All massage sessions are scheduled around our planned group activities, so you won’t miss a thing - they take place during our designated quiet time.
