
Yoga By Candle Light

Join us for an evening of gentle movement, breathwork and nourishing stillness to help you decompress and recharge mid-week. Unwind any built-up tension in the body and mind with a blend of flowing yoga postures and restorative yoga by candle light. The session will end with a deep rest, Yoga Nidra practice to support restful sleep.
About Rhyanne
Rhyanne is a Yoga Teacher and qualified Yoga Therapist.
She has devoted over fifteen years to the study and practice of yoga, and in this time has experienced yoga to be a profound healing tool. Her wish for you is to experience the enriching practice of therapeutic yoga, leaving you better able to manage stress and to exist more regularly in the present moment. Classes with Rhyanne guide you to purposefully unplug from the pressures and over-stimulation of day to day life, to reconnect with an inner place of stillness and therefore find more moments of peace and ease in your day.
